Her career spans finance, healthcare, technology, entertainment, and media, giving her a multi-industry perspective shaped by work with top firms in New York City. She specializes in brand strategy, rebranding, campaign development, content direction, and customer journey design, helping leaders translate vision into cohesive, high-performing brand ecosystems.

As Co-Founder and past Editor-in-Chief of Conscious Magazine, Rachael led national print and digital growth, overseeing multiple editions distributed in more than 350 Barnes & Noble locations, with international subscribers across 25 countries. Her editorial leadership helped establish the publication as a trusted platform for culture, thought leadership, and innovation, shaping the audience-first approach she brings to brand building today.

In addition to her work in media and marketing, Rachael is a co-owner of a high-end boxing and fitness studio in Charleston, South Carolina, where she has helped build a physical brand experience from the ground up.
